Did you know there is a difference in mouth rinses?

An antiseptic (generic name) like Listerine, kills germs, an anti-cavity fluoride rinse (generic name) strengthens teeth.

You can’t eat or drink 1/2 hour after use.

Read the labels of the rinses that state they all in one, complete or total care.  They may be a anti-cavity fluoride rinse, which means you may still need to rinse with an antiseptic.
